Phaff Export Marketing organized a digital matchmaking event for food and non-food retail in Colombia.


In Colombia, there are many opportunities in the field of food and non-food. Phaff Export Marketing, therefore, organized matchmaking sessions. The digital matchmaking Colombia was organized together with NLinBusiness and Holland House Bogotá. The goal of this activity was to link Dutch exporting companies in these sectors to Colombian retailers and importers.


An excellent opportunity for Dutch exporting companies to expand their business and easily get in touch with (possibly) new business partners.

There were about 12 to 15 participating Colombian parties, including main retailers such as Grupo Exito, Cencosud, and Makro.

The sessions took place digitally from the 13th of July till the 24th of July. The meeting schedule was tailor-made for every participant, to guarantee that only targeted appointments with buyers interested in specific products were planned.

Three weeks of product presentations, negotiations, 10-15 meetings per day discovering the potential of some of Latin America's biggest supermarket chains. All this without traveling! Making international business possible from behind desks all over the world.
