In February 2026, the Southern United States Trade Association (SUSTA) will once again take part in Fruit Logistica in Berlin, Germany, one of the most important trade shows for the global fresh produce industry. Phaff is responsible for organizing the SUSTA pavilion, which will be located inside the official USA pavilion.

This shared space will bring together US companies from the fresh fruit and vegetable sector who want to expand their presence in Europe. The pavilion offers a strong platform to meet buyers, show new products, and share the story of the produce from the Southern United States.

Phaff's role

As SUSTA's in-market consultant in Europe, Phaff coordinates the full organization of the pavilion. We handle the planning, booth arrangements, communication with the fair, and practical support for the exhibitors. During the event, we assist US companies on-site and connect them with importers, wholesalers, and retail buyers from across Europe.

Our goal is simple: to make sure every participant gets the most value from the show through good preparation, visibility, and meaningful business contacts.

Long-term cooperation

Fruit Logistica is an important event for SUSTA and for many of the US companies that join year after year. Several co-exhibitors have been part of the SUSTA pavilion for many editions and have built strong business relationships and lasting success in Europe.
