A standout presence as partner country

As partner country at AgroWorld Kazakhstan, the Netherlands made a powerful impression. On behalf of the Dutch Agricultural Counsellor, Phaff Export Marketing took care of everything — from concept to coordination — and made sure Dutch agrifood companies stood out in Almaty.

How we made it happen

From early preparations to on-site execution, our team managed the full scope of the project. We recruited nine Dutch companies, coordinated with the embassy and trade fair, and designed a pavilion fully in line with Netherlands branding. Through a dedicated event page, clear communication, and hands-on support, we ensured everything ran smoothly — including on-site logistics, hosting, and a well-attended reception at the pavilion.

A pavilion with impact

The Netherlands pavilion stood out. Not just in design, but in energy and professionalism. The informal reception we hosted together with the Dutch Embassy became a highlight of the show. Exhibitors appreciated the convenience, the quality of the setup, and the strong visibility.
